In the process of constantly preparing various dishes, I became interested in baking homemade sourdough bread and told my readers a lot about it, constantly shared my achievements in this area with them. People asked me to teach them how to bake the same way, explain the processes of working with dough and sourdough, publish recipes, etc. I thought for a long time about how best to present the information: publish articles and recipes on a blog, hold an online marathon or courses, or even start offline master classes. But my husband advised me to think about a book, and I realized that this would be the best option. So in 2017, my first cookbook, a self-instruction manual on baking homemade sourdough bread, was published. The book was so successful that it even appeared on pirate sites, and publishers began to contact me with offers to publish cookbooks on other topics.
