Natural handmade jam. Made from rose petals of the essential oil variety Centifolia Muscosa grown by me in my own garden.
 The jam is made according to an old Ukrainian recipe (adapted by Olena Prokhorchuk to a modern style), using only natural ingredients, just as it was prepared in ancient times.
